We provide the following considerations when sending communications to Celepsa:

Governmental and regulatory agencies should contact me at mesadepartes@celepsa.com.
Private firms, suppliers, and/or customers should contact me via email at mesadepartesvirtual@celepsa.com.
Invoices should be sent to administrador.ee@celepsa.com.
During the months of July and August, documents that cannot be transmitted electronically will be received at the physical Desk on the second floor of our offices on Avenida Carlos Villaran 514, Santa Catalina, La Victoria, from 9:00 to 16:00 hrs.
