Our employees and their families are our priority. Under the Additional Plan 1, 100% coverage ensures immediate, prompt, and first-rate medical care. We also provide 100% coverage for our employees' parents, up to 65 years of age at the time of enrollment and with no limit on their permanence. This guarantees medical care at the times they need it most due to their age.

We are committed to the educational development of our collaborators. That is why we provide economic support of S/ 500.00 per family group with children in primary and secondary education. In addition, we grant annual support of S/ 1,500 in April to all our employees with children pursuing higher education and/or technical studies.
