Jorge Arias takes over the Legal Management of Celepsa

With more than 15 years of solid experience in the legal field, Arias has played prominent roles in transnational, trade and governmental organizations in the energy industry. His specialized approach covers areas such as corporate law, contracts, compliance, regulation, administration, and government relations, standing out for his sensitivity in projects that impact communities and social aspects. In addition, he has led the implementation of prevention models as Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs, Terpel Group.

Arias, who holds a Master's Degree in Energy Management from ESAN University, complemented his education at the prestigious Yale University, where he participated in the Management Program for Lawyers. The English publication The Legal 500 recognized him as one of the best in-house lawyers in Latam (2023, 2022 and 2019).
