Natalie Nakamura takes over the Occupational Health and Safety Management of Celepsa.
Celepsa, a company in the commercialization and generation of clean energy and sustainable solutions, is pleased to announce the incorporation of Natalie Nakamura as the company's new Occupational Health and Safety Manager, who will report to the General Management.
With more than 15 years leading Quality and Environment, Health and Safety teams, Nakamura has designed and executed risk prevention strategies and consultancies in the energy, hydrocarbon, mining, fishing, agriculture, food, construction and environmental sectors. His career includes roles in large companies such as Equans Peru and SGS del Peru.
Mr. Nakamura holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, a specialist in Project Management from DeSales University and a Master's degree in Project Management and Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She has developed a solid experience in evaluation, prevention and improvement of quality, safety, environmental and social responsibility processes in accordance with international standards such as ISO, PMI, SCRUM and ASTM.
The incorporation of Natalie Nakamura will consolidate the value of Safety and Health under the corporate program “Life First”, a fundamental pillar of the business strategy to achieve sustainable growth of both the company and its operations.
Her entry as part of the Executive Committee team reflects Celepsa's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, promoting female participation in management positions through its “Voces Unidas” (United Voices) program.
Celepsa, a UNACEM Group company, thus reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, consolidating its position as a relevant player in the energy sector with this new strategic position occupied by Nakamura.
